Return & Refund Policy

All prints (canvas and paper) are made-to-order.
This means each print is produced exclusively for you at the moment your order is placed.

For that reason, returns and refunds are not accepted unless:

• the item arrives damaged

• there is a clear production error

• or the wrong product was delivered

If this happens, please contact me within 7 days at:

Please include a photo of the issue, and I will gladly replace the item at no extra cost.

Original paintings:
Original artworks may be returned within 14 days if they are shipped back in perfect condition.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom or personalised artworks:
Custom-made or personalised artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
